T21 is popular on warm days, but even in the summer it can
be cold at 5000 feet as the temperature drops by about 3°C
per 1000 feet.

2000, the club hosted the Junior National Championships at Weston
on the Green. Around 50 contestants under the age of 25 competed. |

DG505 Elan is well equipped and has excellent performance.
It's main use is to train pilots in cross country soaring
techniques.
