One of two syndicated Slingsby Skylarks. This fine example is owned and maintained by two members of the club.

Looking south-east over Chesterton from the T21. Despite the poor visibility, Bicester can be seen to the centre-left of the picture.

Towing out a Cirrus, on what could be a less than promising day. Taller and less spread out cumulus clouds would be likely to produce better soaring conditions.

The T21 is popular on warm days, but even in the summer it can be cold at 5000 feet as the temperature drops by about 3°C per 1000 feet.

Our proximity to Oxford means that members regularly get the opportunity to fly over the city. This is Headington roundabout.

Not every flight lands back at the airfield. The occupants of this field appear uninterested in the nearby goings-on.

In 2000, the club hosted the Junior National Championships at Weston on the Green. Around 50 contestants under the age of 25 competed.

The DG505 Elan is well equipped and has excellent performance. It's main use is to train pilots in cross country soaring techniques.
