The DMM16 is a digital message module capable of storing high quality audible announcements.
In 'simple mode' activating one of the volt free contacts will cause the corresponding message to be played. The 'extended mode' will allow one of 999 messages to be played, by using a combination of inputs 1-15 to select a message, then using input 16 to play the message. The DMM16 is supplied as a complete and tested printed circuit board assembly for system integrators to incorporate into automated announcement systems.
The easy way to add sound to your product.
Messages are stored on a standard SD or SDHC memory card with a capacity from 256MB to 32GB. Sound files saved in either MP3 (MPEG 1.0 & 2.0 audio layer III (CBR, VBR, ABR)) or IMA ADPCM format can be played. Two low level audio outputs are provided to allow stereo or mono files to be played through an external amplifier.

Copy up to 999 sound files to a standard SD memory card. The files can be of any length.

The DMM16 is ideal for interactive displays where commentaries can be played at the push of a button. By using an external switch, the left and right channels can provide a bilingual capability.
